Medium heat a pan with 2 tablespoon canola oil, add 1/4 cup flour, stir evenly for 3 minutes or until the flour becomes light brown. 2. Add the juice from roast pork butt to the pan, stir evenly. 3. The best part is that it only takes about 5 minutes to prepare, once it is in the oven, you are basically hands free. Take advantage of the juice to make a delicious gravy .
