Ingredients 1/2 lb. beef 1/2 lb. tomato 1/2 lb. red onion 1 Thai chili 1 clove of garlic 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Preparation Time: 2 minutes Cooking Time:  80 minutes Servings: 4 Cooking Steps 1. Get varieties of vegetables and rinse clean. This recipes uses Chinese bok choy (2/3 lb.),  1 zucchini, half red onion, a few red pepper, 1 jalapeno pepper. 2.
