Ingredients 1.5 lb. whole cleaned tilapia fish 1/4 lb. pork slices 1/8 lb. This is my first experiment to make Tilapia stew using very spicy Sichuan chili and peppercorn oil. The resulting dish is absolutely mouth watering. Ingredients 1/2 tilapia fish fillet 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 dried red chili Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time:  10 minutes Servings: 2 Cooking Steps 1. Heat a non sticky pan or wok with medium heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, mince 3 cloves garlic, add to the wok, crush one dried red chili, add to the wok, pan fry for 2 minutes to let the aroma come out. 2. 辣味红烧非洲鲫鱼 (La Wei Hong Shao Fei Zhou Ji Yu) I have been obsessed with Worcester sauce recently. Whenever I make traditional Chinese pork or beef stew,  I tend to add a small portion of Worcester sauce. Its mild sour taste and special aroma blend so well with the meat.
