15 Minutes Pan Fried Tilapia Fillet with Garlic and Red Chili (蒜蓉鱼片)
蒜蓉鱼片 (Suan Rong Yu Pian)
This is a super easy and quick recipe to cook fish fillet, garlic and chili add a kick to this simple dish.

Cooking Steps
1. Heat a non sticky pan or wok with medium heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, mince 3 cloves garlic, add to the wok, crush one dried red chili, add to the wok, pan fry for 2 minutes to let the aroma come out.
2. Get about 1/2 lb. Tilapia fillet, cut into 1 inch wide pieces, place on top of the garlic and chili.
3. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper on top of the fish. cover the wok, pan fry for 5 minutes.
4. Gently flip the fish fillet to cook the other side for 5 minutes.
