Ingredient
  • 3 lb. Country style pork rib boneless
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation Time:  5 minutes
Cooking Time:  60 minutes
Servings: 4

Cooking Steps
1. Place alum sheet on a baking pan, place 3 lb. country style boneless pork rib on the alum sheet.
2. Mix the spices, sprinkle evenly on all sides of the meat.


3. Place the pan inside the tabletop oven, turn temperature to 375 F, bake for 60 minutes.
5. Take out the rib, cool down.



Tip:
The spices used in this recipe is very basic, you can use any spices you like, and adjust the portions to your own taste. Just be cautious of the salt amount.
