奶酪虾仁米饭 (Nai Lao Xia Ren Mi Fan) This dish could easily become one pot meal for busy weekday nights, especially if you have enough leftover rice . After spending 10 minutes preparing the shrimp , what is left to do is simply baking the layers of rice, shrimp and cheese! This dish is a good start. Having green bean, beef, and rice in the same dish makes a great one pot meal. And it is a great way to utilize leftovers. In this recipe, I opt out the lotus leaf and the flavor of the sticky rice with shiitake mushroom and pork bits is no less than the restaurant version. 棕叶香肠糯米饭(Zōng Yè Xiāng Cháng Nuò Mǐ Fàn) These days glutinous rice has been my favorite ingredient for all kinds of experiments in my kitchen. I have made quite a few times of fermented sticky rice in the past few weeks, the fermented rice is so sweet and full of the wine fragrance. Ingredients 1 cup of sticky rice 1 tablespoon soy sauce and a pinch of sugar 1-2 Chinese sausage 5-6 bamboo dried leaves (available in most Chinese grocery store).
