Ingredients 1/2 tilapia fish fillet 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 dried red chili Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time:  10 minutes Servings: 2 Cooking Steps 1. Heat a non sticky pan or wok with medium heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, mince 3 cloves garlic, add to the wok, crush one dried red chili, add to the wok, pan fry for 2 minutes to let the aroma come out. 2.
