20 Minutes Italian Style Prawn Gratin (意大利焗虾)

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumb
  • 9 large prawn
Preparation Time:  15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 4

Cooking Steps

1. Get 1/2 lb. large prawns (20/lb.), about 9, rinse clean, use knife to cut the belly vertically into half with the back shell not broken, remove the dirty back vein. This takes about 7 minutes.


2. Measure 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil to a bowl, add 1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumb, mix evenly.

3. Use a spoon to place the breadcrumb onto the prawn surface, press gently. This takes about 5 minutes

4. Sprinkle more olive oil onto the shrimp.
5. Bake the prawns at 450 F for 5 minutes.
