10 Minutes Stir Fried Rice with Chinese Mustard and Thai Chili (雪菜泰椒蛋炒饭)

Ingredients 2 eggs 1/2 cup marinated Chinese mustard 2 tablespoon canola oil 1 pinch of salt 1 Thai chili Preparation Time: 2  minutes Cooking Time: 8 minutes Servings: 1 Cooking Steps 1. This dish is a good start. Having green bean, beef, and rice in the same dish makes a great one pot meal. And it is a great way to utilize leftovers.
