15 Minutes Boiled Cauliflower with Turmeric and Red Chili (姜黄花菜)
姜黄花菜 (Jiang Huang Hua Cai)
I love the vibrant yellow color from turmeric, this simple dish only takes 15 minutes to make.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Steps
1. Get about 1 lb. cauliflower, cut into smaller chunks, rinse clean.
2. Get a medium size pot, add 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric power, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 red dried chili (crush into smaller pieces), 2 tablespoon canola oil, mix evenly, boil.
3. Add the cauliflower chunks to the pot, stir evenly, cover, use medium heat to simmer for 5 minutes or until it is soft to your taste.
