3 Minutes French Toast with Olive Oil (橄榄油法式吐司)

This is a super quick and simple breakfast recipe, pan frying the French bread with olive oil gives it rich flavor and crispy texture.

Cooking Steps
1. Medium heat a small pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
2. Cut 2 slices of French bread with 1 inch thickness.
3. Place the bread slices onto the olive oil, let them soak with olive oil, then flip the bread to soak the other side.
4. Cover the pan to pan fry the bread for 1 minute or until the bottom turns light golden brown.
5. Flip the bread to pan fry the other side for 1 minute.
