Steamed Salty Duck Drumstick with Sichuan Peppercorn (清蒸盐水鸭腿)
清蒸盐水鸭腿 (Qing Zhen Yan Shui Ya Tui)

Ingredients
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Servings: 1
Cooking Steps
1. Marinate duck drumstick with 3% salt and a few Sichuan peppercorn over night for best result.
2. Rinse off salt and peppercorn from the drumstick.
3. Get a bowl, place a few slices of ginger and chopped green onion on the bottom, place the duck drumstick on top. Sprinkle more chopped green onion on top of the duck.
4. After the water boils, steam for 45 minutes (or no blood comes out of the meat).
5. Let the duck cool in room temperature. Cut the duck meat into thin slices before serving.
