Oven Roasted Pork Kebab (烤猪肉串)
烤猪肉串 (Kao Zhu Rou Chuan)
Kebab is such a fun way to cook millions of combinations of meat and vegetable. This dish uses very simple ingredients, just pork and a few spices.

Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 4
Cooking Steps
1. Get about 2 lb. pork butt, which has mixed lean meat and fat, giving the kebab an ideal texture.
2. Cut the pork into one inch size cubes, place in a large mixing bowl.
3. Measure the following spices and mix evenly.
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
4. Add the mixed spices to the meat cubes, add 1 teaspoon salt, mix evenly.
5. Get skewers, place 4-5 cubes into each skewer (or more for longer skewer), put onto a baking pan.
6. Bake at 450 F for 20 minutes, then broil for 20 minutes.
7. Serve with lemon wedges.
