Cooking Steps
1. Get 2/3 lb. beef, cut into half inch size pieces, add to food processor.
2. Chop 1/4 lb. red onion, add to the food processor.
3. Add 1 tablespoon corn starch, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 Thai chili. Process for 2 minutes.
Tip: Adjust the salt amount to your taste.
