10 Minutes Spanish Style Garlic Shrimp (西班牙蒜蓉虾) for $2
西班牙蒜蓉虾 (Xi Ban Ya Suan Rong Xia)
I have been thinking of trying Spanish tapas recipe for quite a while, finally it is the time to give it a try. This garlic shrimp recipe turned out to be super simple, quick (10 minutes) and cheap, the overall cost is a little over $2 (I purchased the shrimp from Chinese supermarket for $2/half pound). Red dry chili really gives it a hot kick in addition to the strong garlic aroma.
