Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Cooking Steps
1. Get 1 lb. beef chuck roast, cut into one inch size cubes.
Tip: you can use any cut of beef.
2. Place the beef cubes onto a non sticky wok evenly, use medium high heat to cook for about 10 minutes or until most of the water from the meat evaporates, then turn heat to medium, stir fry often to avoid buring the meat. Cook until most sides of the cubes turn light brown.
3. Push the meat to one side of the wok, add 1 tablespoon canola oil to the other side of the wok.
4. Add the following spices, note the amount is really up to your taste, and use sugar generously:
1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika peppe
1/4 teaspoon chili pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon soy sauce
4 tablespoon sugar
5. Stir fry all ingredients evenly until the water evaporates and the meat becomes dry and sticky.
6. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds onto the meat, stir evenly to let the meat coated with sesame seeds.
