Pasta Dough with Egg, Hummus and Yogurt




I always believe sky is the limit to the creativity in the cooking wonderland. I came up with this recipe because we had some hummus leftover and wanted to create a unique recipe with it.

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of hummus
  • 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 cups of all purpose flour
  • Water
Preparation Time:  20 minutes

Cooking Steps

1. Crack 1 egg into a measuring cup, add 1/4 cup plain yogurt, add water to 1 cup mark, add the liquid to bread maker or any mixer.
2. Add 1 cup hummus, 2 cups of all purpose flour.
3. Mix for 15-20 minutes.
