Oven Roasted Pork Rib with Dry Spices (香料烤排骨)

香料烤排骨 (Xiang Liao Kao Pai Gu) I have been experimenting more roasted meat recipes recently. Simple reasons: the texture and flavor of the meat can be superb, and it does not require much active work other than sprinkling spices, placing the meat into the oven, which can be easily done within 10 minutes. This roasted pork rib recipe can be a great mid week meat dish to feed a hungry family. The spices used in this recipe are very basic and tend to be kids friendly.
